Gary Farrell, Principal

Gary Farrell is the founder and principal of Commerce Systems Group and oversees all client engagements. He is a Certified Public Accountant who has previously held CFO positions of public and private companies where he also served on the on the Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is certified in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Gary has over 25 years of business experience and 12 years of ERP implementation experience.

Virginia Marsh, Senior ERP Consultant

Virginia Marsh has been with Commerce Systems Group since 2002 and had previously held Controller-level positions in the construction and technology industries. Virginia is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Richmond in Economics. She is certified in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Virginia has over 15 years of business experience and 10 years of ERP implementation experience.

Joe Mathis, Senior ERP Developer

Joe Mathis has been with Commerce Systems Group since 2004 and had previously served in The United States Navy and The United States Army. Joe is a graduate of ECPI College of Technology where he earned an AAS degree in programming. He is a certified Microsoft Dynamics NAV developer and programmer who has developed industry-specific applications in the Dynamics NAV environment as well as general enhancements to existing functionality. Joe has 7 years of ERP implementation experience.


Tony Haines, Senior ERP Consultant

Tony Haines is a recent addition to Commerce Systems Group, joining the team in 2011. With over 25 years of Information Technology experience, he has held several company positions including IT Manager and Project Manager, as well as providing independent consulting services in a variety of industries. Tony obtained his Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. Over the years he has been involved with several different business systems implementations and has been working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV since 2006.

Craig Strohecker, Senior Sales Consultant

Craig Strohecker has been with Commerce Systems Group since 2005 and been in the ERP software field since 1999 holding positions in sales and implementation. Craig had previously held various management positions in accounting and finance in private industry and attended The College of William and Mary. Craig has 24 years of business experience and 14 years of ERP implementation experience. Craig is a graduate of LEAD Hampton Roads.
