Whether you are a private label company, sell your own collection, or maybe you do both, you always face the fact that there is a time span between the beginning of the sales period and the actual delivery. In this period it is nice to know how to control the developments of this process. It is even often necessary to know the progress of the process, for instance the approval of samples needed to start the production of the order. Now it is possible to control every possible process. The third category of activities concerns the status of your order: have the raw materials been purchased, is your collection already on the cutting table, and are the products ready for shipment. For all these categories of activities, not controlling the different steps of the process can unnecessarily cost you time and money. With the PLM granule you are able to control the process and take action in an early stage in case of a possible delay.

It often happens that one activity of the whole process has not been carried out in time and as a result the whole process stagnates. The standard integration of the PLM granule with Microsoft Outlook comes in handy. The notifications make sure no activities are forgotten. In case of someone's absence, the notification can be sent to a colleague.
